Landmark Transplant Patients to Meet source AP on yahoo
Wouldn't that be crazy to have a face transplant. Its like the movie Face off with Nick Cage and Travolta. The only problem is I saw this show about it and they said no way would your skin hang the same way. So you wouldn't look like the other person you would look like a relative in your family but not like yourself. And why are they getting this person together with the hand transplant guy? There is no comparison. If your body rejects your new hand they cut it off and start over. If your body rejects your new face you are going to wish you were dead. I'm not sure you could even survive without a face. Worse case is this thing takes off like gang busters and Joan Rivers comes back with the face of a 22 year old. No, people would say, oh that will never happen but they told me when I was a kid people couldn't get hand transplants and this dude has his for 6 years! It will happen, the US will outlaw it but I bet you will go to Europe and come home with a new face for Christmas.

McNabb answers critical column from NAACP leader source ESPN.com
Wow this is like kicking a dead dog, who is this guy and doesn't he know what he is doing. By hating on his own race he only creates more hate and makes himself look envious. McNabb isn't the best quarterback in the NFL and this year wasn't even the best black quarterback but sometimes last year he was. And his style of play made him a high draft pick, a large NFL contract, several division title and one conference title. Their lose in the Super Bowl wasn't shameful like the Oakland Raider vs. Tampa Bay, so where does this hate come from. The article goes on about McNabb giving up some of his salary to pay Terrell Owens so he would be happy. But when does that happen in the real world. Would this guy give up his salary for someone in his office? No, contracts are between teams and owners and agents, not players and players. I think all NFL contracts should be secret and no one would ever be as unhappy as Terrell Owens. If they just told him that he was the highest paid player he would just take their word for it. In any case the new style of running quarterbacks is a good thing for the NFL not a shameful trick that McNabb pulls to save face. Just ask David Carr how much it sucks getting sacked every play and you'll know that running is much more effective then losing 5 yards and getting the wind knocked out of you.
